Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy to accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Build, recruit, and activate strategic partnerships across systems integrators, hyperscalers, channel partners, technology alliances, and other enterprise ecosystem partners.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through effective co-selling strategies, joint account planning, and targeted go-to-market initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable partner programs, enablement frameworks, performance metrics, and operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing partnerships organization, providing coaching, strategic direction, and performance management.
- Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact while continuously optimizing partner engagement strategies.
- Represent the organization at executive meetings, customer engagements, partner events, and industry conferences, with regular travel as required.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel management, or indirect go-to-market leadership within enterprise software.
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships that consistently generate enterprise pipeline and revenue.
- Extensive experience working with systems integrators, hyperscalers, channel partners, technology alliances, or similar enterprise partner ecosystems.
- Strong enterprise sales acumen with the ability to influence complex, high-value sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling global partnerships organizations and leading distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of complex technical products and experience positioning solutions to executive technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and AI or data leaders.
- Strategic thinker with a builder mindset, capable of creating partnership programs from the ground up in high-growth environments.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% for customer, partner, and industry engagements.
