---- What You Will Do ----
As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on:
- Strategic Account Growth: Manage 400-500 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion. You'll be also focusing strongly on negotiating exclusive deals.
- Maximizing Potential: Proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats and visiting them onsite.
- Risk Mitigation & Retention: Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
- Partner Advocacy: Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.
- Account Planning: Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.

- Languages: Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with your stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth.
- Drive: Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus).
