Required
5+ years of experience in frontend development with one of the major frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Strong expertise in architecting and maintaining frontend infrastructure for large-scale applications.
Understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
Experience with monorepo workspaces and tooling such as Nx, Lerna, Turborepo, or similar platforms.
Proven experience optimizing build times, developer workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with engineering productivity tools and workflows, including GitHub Actions, linting, code quality, and automation frameworks.
Experience building scalable frontend architectures and shared engineering platforms.
Experience with frontend testing methodologies and frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Knowledge of software design, scalability, maintainability, and developer experience principles.
Experience defining and driving engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and frontend best practices across multiple teams.
Strong Experience building tooling and platforms that improve developer productivity at scale.
Experience measuring and improving engineering efficiency through metrics such as build times, deployment frequency, test reliability, and developer feedback loops.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving developer experience.
Independent, fast learner, and excited about exploring new technologies.
Proactive team player with a desire to impact our engineering culture, platform, and product.
Nice to HaveExperience with Angular.
Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx, Redux.
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar.

Familiarity with frontend security best practices, dependency management, and supply-chain security.
Experience contributing to developer tooling, open-source projects, or internal engineering frameworks.

Responsibilities
What will you do?- As a Senior Frontend Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping how frontend software is built across HiBob.
- You'll work at the intersection of frontend engineering, platform engineering, and developer experience, building the tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software faster, safer, and more efficiently.
- Your mission will be to improve engineering productivity at scale while ensuring consistency, reliability, performance, and a best-in-class developer experience across our frontend ecosystem.
- Design, build, and maintain the frontend platform that supports multiple engineering teams and products.
- Architect scalable frontend infrastructure, frameworks, and shared development solutions.
- Own and evolve HiBob's frontend platform strategy, ensuring it scales with the needs of a growing engineering organization.
- Design and maintain scalable web applications and frontend foundations used across the company.
- Implement and optimize design system tooling, shared component infrastructure, and frontend foundations.
- Own and optimize monorepo architecture, governance, and developer workflows.
- Improve build systems, dependency management, and development workflows to reduce feedback loops and increase engineering efficiency.
- Create automated workflows and tooling that simplify development, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Drive initiatives around CI/CD, testing infrastructure, code quality, and release automation.
- Improve release confidence through automated validation, testing infrastructure, rollout strategies, and deployment tooling.
- Define and maintain frontend engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across teams.
- Build tooling and dashboards that provide visibility into application performance, engineering efficiency, platform adoption, and release health.
- Lead initiatives around frontend observability, monitoring, performance, and production reliability.
- Establish security guardrails and automated quality checks throughout the frontend development lifecycle.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities by partnering closely with engineering teams and treating developers as internal customers.
- Improve engineering productivity by reducing build times, increasing deployment confidence, improving test reliability, and shortening developer feedback loops.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams to deliver a world-class developer experience.
- Contribute to our Robin Design System to improve component tooling, distribution, documentation, and adoption.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve development and production systems.
- Research and adopt emerging frontend technologies, engineering practices, and AI-powered development capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to frontend architecture decisions across the organization.
- Measure platform success through engineering productivity metrics, developer satisfaction, adoption, and operational excellence.

As part of the Frontend Platform team, you'll have a direct impact on every frontend engineer at HiBob and help define how frontend software is built across the company.
