Skills and Competencies6+ years of experience in software development and enterprise systems architecture, with a proven track record of designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutionsSignificant hands-on experience with Workday, including designing and delivering integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday web services (SOAP/REST); strong familiarity with Workday HCM and/or Finance modules, security domains, calculated fields, and data modelsDemonstrated experience integrating Workday with downstream enterprise platforms such as identity management, payroll providers, data warehouses, or SaaS applications; exposure to MuleSoft, SAP CPI/BTP, or equivalent middleware platforms is a plusSolid knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, with experience designing cloud-native or hybrid architectures; working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines preferredProficiency designing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures; ability to produce architecture diagrams, technical workflows, and integration documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalentSound understanding of secure coding practices, identity management, encryption, and compliance standards, including data privacy requirements relevant to workforce and financial dataExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teamsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
