**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Sales Enablement & Skills Professional, you will be responsible for Seller and Business Partner Enablement and Skills Activation, improving the seller and partner experience through consistent enablement, skills development, and asset delivery. You will work closely with brand and segment sales leadership to deliver enablement strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Enablement Strategies: Design and implement enablement programs and tools to enhance seller and partner skills, collaborating with sales leadership to align with business objectives.
• Deliver Experiential Learning: Prepare sellers with pointed and experiential learning, deep competitive insight, hands-on labs, and other assets to improve their performance.
• Foster Collaboration: Interlock with brand and segment sales leadership to ensure seamless delivery of enablement strategy and alignment with business goals.
• Improve Seller Experience: Employ tools and programs to consistently enhance the seller and partner experience, driving skills development and asset delivery.
• Activate Skills Development: Develop and deliver assets and programs to activate seller and partner skills, improving overall performance and business outcomes.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Enablement Strategy Development: Experience with designing and implementing enablement programs and tools to enhance seller and partner skills, aligning with business objectives.
• Experiential Learning Delivery: Experience in preparing sellers with pointed and experiential learning, deep competitive insight, hands-on labs, and other assets to improve their performance.
• Sales Leadership Collaboration: Experience working with brand and segment sales leadership to deliver enablement strategy and align with business goals.
• Seller Experience Enhancement: Experience employing tools and programs to consistently enhance the seller and partner experience, driving skills development and asset delivery.
• Skills Development Activation: Experience developing and delivering assets and programs to activate seller and partner skills, improving overall performance and business outcomes.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Deep Competitive Insight Knowledge: Experience with analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform enablement strategies and asset development.
• Hands-on Lab Development: Experience in designing and delivering hands-on labs and experiential learning programs to enhance seller and partner skills.
• Asset Delivery Expertise: Experience with developing and delivering assets and programs to activate seller and partner skills, improving overall performance and business outcomes.
