Overview: Precisely is seeking an analytically curious and commercially astute BI Analyst to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role suits a high‑energy, well‑organized, and collaborative individual who can translate complex data into clear business insights. You will work with multifaceted data sets to deliver impactful reports and dashboards that highlight risks, opportunities, and performance trends. By combining strong business understanding with modern analytics and AI tools, you will generate data‑driven insights that support strategic decision‑making, operational optimization, and improved business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and meaningful impact across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Build, own and develop compelling reports and insights on key performance indicators such as Annual Recurring Revenue, Productivity, Retention Rates, Churn Analysis, Discounting Rates and Product Adoption.
  • Leverage AI capabilities to deliver efficiencies and scale in dashboard development and business scope.
  • Create insights that bridge operational metrics to financial results, to drive growth and increase ROI in a private equity owned software business.
  • Enable self-serve to help stakeholders use dashboards independently and regularly.
  • Respond to one-off business questions with fast and structured analysis.
  • Present clear and digestible findings to leadership and cross-functional teams, flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes based on trend analysis and strategic initiatives under consideration.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to determine reporting needs and business areas that require root cause analysis and optimization. 
  • Extract and consolidate raw data from various sources, including databases, systems and platforms.
  • Apply rigor and governance to ensure data accuracy, relevance and trust by business users.

What we are looking for:

  • Enter Educational requirements (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement) Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations or data analytics within a SaaS/software business.  
  • Years of experience needed with specific skills 3+ years working with analytical or BI tools.
  • Specific technical or software skills required Experience developing reports and dashboards from scratch.

AI Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Proficient in using AI to accelerate data prep and consolidation for insight generation.
  • Identifies and automates repetitive workflows using AI tools; uses AI to synthesize cross-functional data and generate reporting for operational and executive-ready reporting.
  • Uses AI tools to accelerate variance analysis, commentary drafting, financial modeling and reporting. Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy before use in reporting and analytics.
  • Demonstrates visible AI adoption within their function and considers balance between standard dashboards in platforms i.e. Tableau, Excel vs. reporting via AI tools i.e. Claude.

Salary: 137 000 - 183 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and open for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly align with the role’s requirements
