- Supervise food and beverage service during events and daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards and product quality.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing banquet functions, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, and other special events.
- Welcome and assist guests and client representatives, responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to their requests.
- Lead pre-shift briefings and actively participate in departmental meetings to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Process banquet checks and billing accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, taking immediate action to resolve any concerns.
- Ensure the responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and all applicable regulations.
- Support, motivate, and guide the service team to deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining Hilton brand standards.
