Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionWHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?HR Systems ManagementMaintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and complianceSupport system upgrades, testing, and implementationsData & ReportingGenerate HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding, etc.)Assist in building dashboards and analyticsMonitor data quality and resolve discrepancies Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systemsMaintain HR process documentation and SOPsIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiencyUser SupportAct as the first point of contact for HR system queriesTroubleshoot basic system issuesTrain HR team members on system usageCompliance & GovernanceEnsure data privacy and compliance with company policiesSupport audits and data validation processes QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS, or a data-related role is preferredExperience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus*MUST have a UAE Family Book*Strong Excel / Google Sheets skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAnalytical mindsetGood communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information.Additional InformationJoin Our Vibrant Team in Dubai at City Walk, Where Work Meets Innovation and Fun!Grow With Us: We're all about growth and recognition, both professionally and personally.
