Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with assigned dealership partners through effective communication and program expertise.
- Educate dealerships on available marketing programs, services, and opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to help dealers optimize product and service selections.
- Develop, update, and maintain customized marketing plans designed to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
- Present marketing strategies, trends, performance insights, and recommendations through meetings and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, customer service opportunities, and feedback within internal systems.
- Review, edit, and proofread dealer communications and marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate dealership information, pricing details, data records, and account documentation.
- Manage timelines, calendars, and deadlines for assigned marketing initiatives.
- Support dealership acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and response improvement efforts.
- Create performance reports and recommendations based on dealer activity and campaign results.
- Assist with process improvements, quality control initiatives, and resolution of data-related issues.
- Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
- Experience in sales, marketing, account management, customer success, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with dealership partners and internal stakeholders.
