Job Summary
Raytheon has an immediate need for an Associate Director, Operations & Supply Chain Capacity Lead as part of the Global Patriot GEM-T Missile product area within our Land and Air Defense portfolio in Andover, Massachusetts. This position will require the candidate to demonstrate leadership, strategy development, business acumen, highly effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will lead a team of MPM's & POM's to develop and execute our required capacity strategy both with our supply base as well as within our factories to meet the significant ramp that is required on GEM-T. The role includes coordinating with the Integrated Product Team (IPT), Manufacturing Work Centers, and other functional partners to meet program schedules and cost objectives.
Duties also include but are not limited to, developing and presenting strategic plans to leadership, responsible for Long Range Plan activities, program EAC's related to capacity growth / NRE, overall supply base capacity ramp, presenting reports to the IPT and other leadership stakeholders on Supply Chain performance. The ability to ramp capacity and scale production rates will be critical to the success of GEM-T and directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and forecast business captures.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of MPM's & POM's working closely with the Patriot Integrated Product Team (IPT), Engineering, Quality, Operations and Procurement to ensure program needs and requirements are supported
Shape strategy and lead execution for OSC to increase Factory and Supply Base capacity aligned to significant LRP ramp for GEM-T including implementing cost reduction initiatives and reduce overall cycle time
Responsible for EAC's & financial management related to tech refresh/development and capacity increase scope. Drive EAC performance, manage Risk & Opportunity across portfolio, Earned value, labor sales forecasts, cost reduction initiatives, etc.
Determine Make/Buy Where strategy across ~3,500 part GEM-T Bill of Materials, including robust dual sourcing strategy and capital planning to support multiple GEM-T Missile integration sites both domestically and internationally
Partner with Product Line / Program to determine timeline of capacity ramp and alignment to forecasted captures ensuring robust execution strategy
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, or Engineering
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to be on-site daily in Andover, MA and to travel ~25% when required
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Supply Chain experience in an international, multi-cultural organization / environment including Global Trade requirements, RGEMS, etc
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES
Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility including contract management / negotiations
Demonstrated ability to increase capacity across high profile, complex product

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
