Sr. Manager, Analytics Engineering/Solutions
Position Summary
Samsung Ads is looking for an Analytics Engineering/Solutions Senior Manager to serve as a versatile technical expert responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end analytics solutions that transform raw data into business-ready insights for various groups within Samsung Ads. Samsung Ads operates a billion-dollar advertising and media business across Samsung’s connected TV ecosystem.This role is expected to combine analytics capabilities, data infrastructure expertise, and tooling knowledge to build scalable data pipelines, integrate systems, and enable data-driven operations across the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems and beyond. This position will play a critical role in building internal capabilities for long-term success.

Role and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become an expert on the Samsung data available to the group and strive to increase our access to further relevant sources of data inside and outside of Samsung
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines from various sources
- Become an expert in Salesforce D360
- Design and deploy the semantic layer in a new implementation of Salesforce D360
- Partner with our analysts to create curated data sets, data marts, and optimized analytics workloads for our BI solutions
- Implement data validation rules, quality checks, monitoring systems, and automated alerts to ensure data health and compliance for Samsung Ads Sales data
- Build custom data solutions and provide technical support for specific business use cases across monetization, yield, sales, and operations teams
- Collaborate with Global Shared Services on data infrastructure technical specifications, security configurations, and access management implementations
Skills and Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS required
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions
- Proficiency with AWS and Snowflake
- Knowledge of modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and Tableau Cloud
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python
- Experience with data modeling, infrastructure design, schema design, and understanding of data management and security best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY is expected to be between Base range: $165,000 ~ $215,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
