We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Exposure Management to help achieve this mission.
The Senior Product Manager – Exposure Management will contribute to our Product Management organization by leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Acrtic Wolf’s Aurora Exposure Management platform. This role requires deep familiarity with the cybersecurity technologies, specifically, exposure management, SOC and Extended Detection and Response. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with engineering and UX teams to decompose business needs into detailed technical requirements and ensure consistent value delivery.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Align product requirements with strategic objectives for Aurora Exposure Management, ensuring clarity and traceability from concept to delivery.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Program Managers to translate strategic initiatives into executable engineering plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security operations, threat research, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and evaluate trade-offs.
Author and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for Exposure Management product enhancements, specifically related to integration with other Arctic Wolf products and services.
Decompose high-level product goals into actionable development tasks and user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity.
Conduct competitive and technical research to inform roadmap decisions and differentiate Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Exposure Management offering.
Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility and business value.
Support enablement of all impacted stakeholders for the new product releases.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:
You have significant experience in Product Management within cybersecurity or security operations environments.
You have built large scale security platform and driven ecosystem integrations.
You have strong understanding of vulnerability management, asset discovery and remediation technologies.
You have experience managing complex product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
You are skilled at prioritization, trade-off analysis, backlog management, and agile product delivery.
You have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
You are comfortable analyzing telemetry, usage metrics, adoption trends, and operational costs to guide product decisions.
You can clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams.
You have a proven ability to identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment across complex initiatives.
MUST HAVE:
6+ years in product management or technical product delivery roles, ideally in exposure management, vulnerability management or endpoint/network security.
Engineering or technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering).
Familiarity with integration patterns for ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), SIEM/SOAR platforms, and asset management tools.
Familiarity with cloud-native security platforms and large-scale distributed systems
Experience with Jira, agile planning tools, and product analytics platforms
Experience supporting enterprise software integrations and partner ecosystems
