Accountabilities

    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across target industries, with a strong focus on acquiring new strategic customers.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.
    • Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers to understand customer objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
    • Lead the growth and strategic development of newly acquired accounts, supporting long-term customer success and revenue expansion.
    • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to position the full portfolio of data and localization services effectively.
    • Support commercial strategy development alongside sales leadership by contributing market insights, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
    • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and market research to strengthen brand presence and identify emerging business opportunities.
    • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, sales process compliance, and reporting while sharing best practices across the business development organization.
    • Requirements

      • 8–12+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, including several years managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
      • Demonstrated experience selling solutions within the localization data services industry.
      • Proven success acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets.
      • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, account planning, and sales forecasting.
      • Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder opportunities from qualification through negotiation and contract execution.
      • Excellent commercial negotiation, proposal writing, and executive presentation skills with the ability to build compelling business cases.
      • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using sales metrics to optimize pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
      • Deep understanding of customer discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution selling, and consultative sales methodologies.
      • Excellent relationship-building, networking, communication, and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
      • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
