As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
- Designing a journey with customer and provide assistance to help them on achieving planned milestones.
- Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
- Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.
- Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
- Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or electrical engineering
- Possess technical background and practical experience in cybersecurity
- Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Zero Trust solutions
- Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization in on-premises and cloud services while developing strategies leveraging Akamai's Products
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Have advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
