**Your role and responsibilities**
The User Lifecycle Management Specialist is responsible for manual user lifecycle management, user provisioning, deprovisioning, policy enforcement and management of user permissions and accesses. The ULM Specialist L1 will work with different tools and technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, CyberArk, OKTA, and/or other IAM technologies to complete the provisioning of users, policies, and permissions. The ULM L1 Specialist will also collaborate with IAM and AD teams to ensure the infrastructure is running and available to all the users.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• at least 1 year of experience working in a Service Desk, or IT departments.
• Experience creating users, assigning permissions, revoking permissions, decommissioning users on AD, AAD, or any other system.
• Understanding of IAM concepts such as delegation, authentication, MFA, SSO.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• English fluency is required for this role.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· +2 years of experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, IT Analyst or User Administrator.
· - Strong understanding of the user lifecycle in AD.
· - Strong Understanding of AD DS.
· - Understanding of Azure AD.
· - Experience working with IAM tools such as OKTA, CyberArk, Sailpoint or Saviynt.
· - Experience creating users and assigning permissions in Linux environments.
· - Relevant IT certifications such as Cisco IT Essentials, CCNA, Microsoft AZ900 are preferred but not required.
