Your Impact

The Senior Security Analyst I (Threat Intelligence) is responsible for developing, maturing, and sustaining Axon's Global Threat Intelligence capability by transforming information into actionable intelligence that protects our people, facilities, operations, executives, and brand worldwide.

Working within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), this role serves as a foundational member in advancing Axon's vision of an intelligence-driven Global Security organization, where timely, actionable intelligence enables proactive decision-making across every security function. By identifying emerging risks, analyzing global trends, and delivering strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence, this position helps Global Security anticipate threats before they materialize while enabling the business to operate confidently around the world.

This is not a traditional analyst role. It is an opportunity to build, influence, and shape the future of Threat Intelligence within a rapidly growing global organization. The successful candidate will design scalable intelligence processes, establish program standards, integrate emerging technologies, and create a Threat Intelligence capability recognized for operational excellence, innovation, and trusted business partnership.

As Global Security continues to evolve, intelligence will increasingly become the foundation for how we anticipate risk, allocate resources, respond to emerging threats, and enable the business. This role will help establish that foundation by building the capabilities, partnerships, and processes that embed intelligence into everything we do.

This role is designed for a builder—someone energized by solving complex problems, creating new capabilities, and continuously raising the standard. If you're most fulfilled by building something lasting rather than maintaining the status quo, you'll find this role both challenging and deeply rewarding.

Success in this role will be measured not only by the intelligence products you deliver today, but by the enduring capability you create for the Global Security organization tomorrow.
