Integrated Technologies Architect – Network Assurance Team
Join the Oracle Health Network Assurance team and help healthcare organizations ensure their network infrastructure is optimized, modernized, and ready to support Oracle Health solutions.
As an Integrated Technologies Architect, you will provide consulting services to healthcare clients across North America, performing comprehensive wired and wireless network assessments with minimal supervision. Your work will help ensure client network environments meet both industry standards and Oracle Health requirements for successful solution implementation.
You will analyze network architectures, topologies, capacity requirements, configurations, and wireless environments, identify risks and gaps, and provide actionable recommendations that support successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Health technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments for healthcare clients.
- Analyze network topologies, architecture, capacity requirements, and configuration/show command outputs.
- Perform wireless assessments focused on radio-frequency (RF) performance and support for data, voice, and video communications over Wi-Fi.
- Collect network data onsite using industry-standard assessment tools.
- Analyze collected data and develop detailed client-facing assessment reports using standardized Oracle Health methodologies.
- Deliver daily status updates to clients and Oracle Health implementation teams during onsite engagements.
- Collaborate with Oracle Health implementation teams, client stakeholders, and Network Assurance team members to identify network issues and provide recommendations.
- Present assessment findings and recommendations to technical teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
- Adhere to established assessment methodologies, best practices, and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, priorities, expense reporting, timesheets, and administrative responsibilities.
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Technical Experience
- 6+ years of experience performing wired (LAN) network assessments and administration.
- 6+ years of experience performing wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration.
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting wired (LAN) networks.
- 4+ years of experience designing and troubleshooting wireless (WLAN) networks.
- Experience analyzing:
- Network topologies
- Network architecture
- Capacity requirements
- Configuration/show command outputs
- Experience performing radio-frequency (RF) analysis and supporting data, voice, and video communication standards.
- Experience with packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark, Sniffer, or similar technologies.
- Experience using network assessment and diagnostic tools such as:
- Ekahau Software Suite
- AirMagnet
- Fluke
- NetAlly
Certifications
One or more of the following certifications (or equivalent):
- CCNA Wireless
- CWNA
- CCNA Routing & Switching
- ACMA
- ACSA
Professional Skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or healthcare technology implementations.
- Experience conducting network readiness assessments for large-scale technology deployments.
- Experience consulting directly with enterprise clients.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.
Travel & Work Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 80% as required.
- Ability to work additional or irregular hours when necessary and permitted by local regulations.
- Willingness to conduct assessments during non-standard hours when required to access clinical areas such as operating rooms, emergency departments, or other restricted healthcare environments.
- Adhere to all corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
- Understand and fulfill responsibilities related to safeguarding Oracle and client assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
