**Introduction**
Join our Offboarding team as an Offboarding Specialist supporting the HR Offboarding program in Poland. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for employees who are leaving the organization. As an offboarding specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee separation process, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently, effectively and timely, keeping legal compliance at all times.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As an HR Services Professional specializing in Separations & Off-boarding, you will be responsible for executing and delivering offboarding processes for a specific jurisdiction or country based on documented procedures. This role requires ensuring accurate and timely preparation of offboarding documentation.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience.
* Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate offboarding activities, including final pay and documentation.
* Manage HR tickets and escalations while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
* Drive continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Support internal and external audits, HR reporting, dashboards, metrics, and data analysis.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and regional legal requirements.
* Contribute to HR projects and provide offboarding support across multiple countries, with a primary focus on Poland.
* Leverage advanced Excel and analytical skills to produce accurate reports and actionable insights.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
1. Fluency in English Business Communication(written and spoken) is essential.
2. Proven experience in a role requiring significant use of Microsoft Excel
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and ability to handle mutiple tasks under pressure.
5. Understanding of any HR process and proficiency in using HR software (SAP) and tools will be an added advantage.
