Role responsibilities

Provide critical analytical support to the Strategic Account Executive by analyzing data and trends to facilitate fact-based decision-making for client renewals. Act as a strategic backup for customer consultations on non-service-related requests and facilitate contract issuance.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Candidates must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
