About the Role
This is a Fixed Term role for 6 months to support the Product Team in the delivery of a complex and ambitious product roadmap. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a product or major feature within a complex portfolio, driving delivery and measurable impact. You will use customer insights, market intelligence, and data to develop products that meet real user needs while supporting business growth. Working cross-functionally, you will also help shape product best practices and support team development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage backlogs of more than one technical team, to deliver enhancements and maintenance on an ongoing basis for both core and AI legal products
  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and identify market opportunities.
  • Use data, KPIs, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.

 

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of legal research, guidance and/or legal AI products
  • Experience in Product Management with ownership of products or complex features.
  • Proven track record of bringing new AI products or features to market from concept through launch and ongoing management, including experience of working closely with Go-To-Market teams to support successful launch
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience conducting discovery and translating insights into product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and experimentation to inform decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
