You'll partner with leadership to tackle the company's highest-priority decisions, translating ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations with millions of euros of impact.  This role combines the rigor of detailed, bottoms up analysis, with hands on company building at a face paced scale up. What you'll do Advise the business’s leadership on opportunities and risks, backed by quantitative and qualitative analysisBuild and maintain financial models that forecast performance and unit economicsDefine key metrics, set SLAs, and build dashboards that quantify operational performance across internal teams and external partnersDesign business intelligence tools that detect and diagnose performance issues across the operationSystematically analyze the operation’s financial data to identify errors, trends, and savings opportunitiesPerform deep analyses on large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear insights, hypotheses, and recommendations What you'll bring Base Qualifications2–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or high-growth tech/fintechStrong proficiency in Excel and SQL - your colleagues come to you whenever they have a question about a spreadsheet or a queryAnalytical problem solver — able to break down ambiguous problems and apply first-principles thinkingMeticulous attention to detail — comfortable digging deep to diagnose issues and identify root causesCommunication skills - connect the dots between operating metrics, financial outcomes and business strategy in written and verbal formatSelf-starter — able to prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentFast learner — naturally curious and eager to master new tools, topics, and operational domainsScrappy and resourceful - when something needs to get done, you find a way to make it happenBonus QualificationsExperience working for a technology startup which has significant real-world operations/logisticsComfort with a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for data cleaning, automation, or analysis tasksYou’re a tinkerer who has experimented with agents/LLMs for personal or professional projects Perks & Benefits Base salary: €40,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)26 days of annual leave, plus 4 additional personal daysQuarterly company performance-based bonus Pension contributionsAnnual learning & development budgetOffice-led culture with hybrid flexibilityDog-friendly officesHome-office setup packageOffice socials and annual company-wide offsiteAbout QogitaQogita [Ko-gi-ta] is revolutionizing wholesale procurement.
