Responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational cost management activities for the International organisation. Works closely with Cost FP&A leaders, zone FP&A teams, and functional stakeholders to provide cost visibility, maintain reporting accuracy, support forecasting cycles, and drive productivity initiatives. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the preparation and consolidation of cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities across the International organisation.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of cost reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve cost visibility and decision-making.
Partner with Cost FP&A leaders and regional FP&A teams to ensure reporting consistency, data quality, and alignment across zones.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost variances.
Support closing activities and validate cost allocations to ensure financial results accurately reflect operational performance.
Analyse spending across key cost categories including headcount, contractors, travel, purchased services, and operating expenses.
Assist in the preparation of leadership reporting packages, business reviews, and productivity tracking dashboards.
Maintain forecasting models and support budget preparation activities for functional and regional stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data.
Support process simplification, reporting automation, and digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
Early Career Chartered Accountant
1-2 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate financial information into meaningful insights.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
Desired Characteristics
Familiarity with financial planning systems, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar reporting tools.
Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and digital solutions.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
