Business Development Capture Management
Role responsibilities
The Capture Manager will own the full opportunity pipeline from identification through bid/no-bid recommendation and proposal kickoff across various vehicles. They will manage subcontractor relationships and actively pursue large business subcontract positioning.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of federal BD capture experience and established relationships with program offices in federal agencies. A deep understanding of various small business structures and proven relationship-building skills with large prime contractors are essential.
