Accountabilities:

    The Senior Manager, Consumer and Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing integrated consumer marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve engagement throughout the customer journey. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, digital expertise, and analytical decision-making.

    • Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that support awareness, acquisition, adoption, and long-term engagement.
    • Lead consumer launch strategies for new products, features, and innovations in collaboration with product, clinical, commercial, and marketing teams.
    • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into compelling marketing initiatives and brand experiences.
    • Manage digital marketing strategies across websites, digital content, video, paid media, SEO/AEO, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
    • Own paid media planning, optimization, performance tracking, and agency management to maximize marketing impact.
    • Build lifecycle marketing programs, including email campaigns, customer journeys, onboarding initiatives, retention strategies, and advocacy efforts.
    • Partner with social media, influencer, healthcare professional marketing, customer care, and clinical teams to create consistent consumer experiences.
    • Lead the creation of patient-facing educational materials, digital resources, and content that support awareness, confidence, and successful product adoption.
    • Establish marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and optimization strategies to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
    • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness to improve messaging, creative execution, and marketing investments.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing productivity, content development, and campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful marketing initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong experience in consumer engagement, digital strategy, and integrated campaign development. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
      • Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
      • Demonstrated success launching products, building brands, and bringing innovative solutions to market.
      • Experience managing agencies and collaborating with internal creative and cross-functional teams.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and performance measurement.
      • Ability to define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and use data to optimize marketing strategies.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
      • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign effectiveness.
      • Preferred experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, digital health, or other regulated industries.
      • Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, privacy considerations, HIPAA, and FDA promotional guidelines is a plus.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing direct reports is preferred.
      • Ability to travel up to 25% and occasionally support evening or weekend events when required.
