Supplier Sourcing Program Manager 4
Serves as member of Sourcing leadership team to drive competitive cost, supplier performance and supply chain efficiencies. Create and implement Sourcing initiatives & improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Provides balanced judgement and demonstrates problem solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations and builds alignment across OCI through doc/white paper format. Sets an example of agility and adaptability. Builds constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers.

- Lead fast-paced, cross-functional business programs to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, leveraging data-driven insights to identify issues and drive swift resolution.
- Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps.
- Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners

Required Skills & Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a related field
- 10 years plus; of overall experience with 5 years plus of program management experience delivering complex projects against challenging timelines.
- Proven ability to move with urgency and drive results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding situations and developing action plans.
- Significant experience in a senior-level leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or field
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
