Accountabilities:

    The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual experiences that support brand growth, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement. This role requires balancing creative strategy with detailed execution while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

    • Translate brand strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into engaging visual concepts and polished design solutions.
    • Create designs across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, ecommerce experiences, social media, advertising, and out-of-home marketing.
    • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity system across all customer-facing touchpoints.
    • Move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and production-ready execution, delivering designs from initial idea through final delivery.
    • Collaborate with creative leaders, copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create unified brand experiences.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing original ideas and helping refine creative concepts.
    • Develop multiple design directions, evaluate creative approaches, and identify the strongest solutions.
    • Create campaign visuals that combine strong storytelling, visual impact, and conversion-focused thinking.
    • Present creative concepts and explain design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.
    • Support and guide external creative partners, including photographers, agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
    • Stay adaptable in a fast-moving remote environment while contributing to a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with strong branding expertise, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion. You should have a strong understanding of digital-first design and the ability to create work that balances creativity with business goals.

      • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience in brand-driven, digital-first, or high-growth environments.
      • Strong proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
      • Demonstrated expertise in visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and hierarchy.
      • Proven ability to transform creative briefs into strong concepts and execute polished final designs.
      • Deep understanding of brand development, visual identity systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
      • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative work to stakeholders.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain creative rationale and incorporate feedback.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment.
      • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, branding, and campaign execution.
      • Preferred: Experience combining agency and in-house creative work or supporting high-growth brands.
