Accountabilities:
- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap while prioritizing initiatives that improve user experience, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring development efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver scalable products.
- Act as a bridge between clinical users and technical teams, ensuring solutions address real-world healthcare challenges.
- Lead product release planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor healthcare trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support continuous product improvement.
- Partner with product leadership to refine roadmap planning and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, electronic health records (EHR), or digital health is highly valued.
- Ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to understand user experiences and challenges.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives.
