About the Role
Salesforce is looking for a passionate and experienced Enablement Business Partner (EBP) to join our EMEA North Enablement team, based in The Netherlands and working from our Amsterdam office.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with 3 clear focus areas:
EMEA North Specialist Enablement — you are the primary enablement point of contact for EMEA North Specialist teams, designing and delivering programs that drive specialist performance and productivity EMEA North Leader Programs — you work closely with our Sales Leader Excellence coach and project manager to build and deliver first and second-line leader development programs across the region Enablement Analytics & Reporting — you are passionate about data and play a leading role in structuring, standardising, and elevating how our team measures and communicates enablement impact, leveraging AI tools to build scalable reporting frameworks
This role sits at the intersection of sales productivity, learning & development, and data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder management and analytics & reporting are key to this role — they run across everything you do. You will work closely with Specialist and leader communities, joint partners (Sales Programs/Strategy/Marketing), global enablement teams, and your fellow EBPs to ensure the field is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.

As an EBP, you will be expected to model AI fluency, actively use enterprise AI tools in your day-to-day work, help the field build the skills and habits needed to thrive in the agentic era, and pioneer the use of AI in structuring our team's reporting and analytics.
What You'll Do
Focus Area 1: EMEA North Specialist Enablement
Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for EMEA North Specialist teams, building deep relationships with Specialist leaders and sellers across the region
Identify performance gaps and design targeted enablement solutions tailored to specialist roles and motions
Partner with Specialist leadership and executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable learning strategies
Apply strong prioritisation and decision-making skills to focus resources on the highest-impact initiatives
Contribute to regional and global enablement planning cycles (e.g., Q3 planning, annual roadmap)
Focus Area 2: EMEA North Leader Programs
Work closely with the Sales Leader Excellence coach r to design and deliver first and second-line leader development programs across EMEA North
Build learning experiences that equip leaders with the skills, mindset, and tools to lead high-performing teams in an AI-first environment
Leverage a variety of learning modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, peer learning, coaching) to meet the needs of a diverse leader community
Focus Area 3: Enablement Analytics & Reporting
Take a leading role in structuring and standardising our team's reporting frameworks, setting the benchmark for how the EMEA North Enablement team tracks, measures, and communicates impact
Use AI tools to automate, scale, and elevate reporting workflows — from data collection and visualisation to insight generation and storytelling
Define and own key enablement metrics and dashboards, making it easier for the team and leadership to access meaningful, real-time insights
Partner with the broader team to embed a data-first culture, ensuring every program is designed with measurable outcomes from the start
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior and executive audiences
Stay current with AI and analytics tools, proactively experimenting with new ways to improve how we report on enablement effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
A genuine passion for analytics and data — you love working with data, find meaning in the numbers, and are energised by building systems that help teams make smarter decisions
Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions, prioritise, and thrive in an agile environment
Experience managing cross-regional programs, coordinating across multiple markets and stakeholder groups to deliver at scale
Proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to structure and lead reporting initiatives, including building dashboards, defining metrics, and communicating impact to senior audiences
Hands-on experience with AI tools for reporting, analytics, or workflow automation — and a drive to set new standards for how our team uses these tools
Able to report and analyse program impact, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior audiences
A collaborative team player who thrives across functions and geographies, with high emotional intelligence
AI fluent: a confident, responsible daily user of enterprise AI tools who understands agentic workflows and can design enablement that helps others adopt them
Fluency in English ( other European languages are a plus)
Based in The Netherlands or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
Prior experience in a field sales or specialist sales role — having walked in the shoes of the people you enable
Experience working with or for the EMEA North region, with an understanding of the cultural and commercial dynamics of these markets
Experience designing or delivering leader enablement programs
Experience with LMS platforms and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Brainshark)
