Field Service Technician-Network Specialist

Role responsibilities

The Field Service Technician-Network Specialist is responsible for maintaining and installing network infrastructure, including central office switches and telecommunications products. This role also involves providing excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2+ years of technical telecommunications experience or military service, along with 1+ year of fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing experience. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be available for on-call responsibilities.
