Role responsibilities

The Senior Director will facilitate and manage the execution of company creation activities across two Origination Teams, ensuring excellence in scientific innovation and entrepreneurial company creation. This role involves optimizing communication, workflows, and resource management to drive value creation across portfolio companies.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering, with 7+ years of industry experience in biotech or related fields. A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape and exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential.
