In this role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting field activities, and maintaining strong communication with auditors and stakeholders.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong problem-solving and coordination skills.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & PerformanceLead, motivate, and support a team of Field AuditorsMonitor KPIs, productivity, and compliance with operational standardsConduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching sessionsProvide on-the-job training and ongoing development supportField OperationsCoordinate fieldwork planning and visit assignmentsMonitor fieldwork progress and auditor utilizationSupport auditors in resolving operational and store-related challengesConduct physical store checks and panel controls when requiredRecruitment & Resource CoordinationSupport hiring activities including interviews and onboardingManage resignation processes and related documentationCoordinate store recruitment activities and monitor progressPrepare and manage devices and hardware for auditorsCommunication & SupportProvide operational support via phone and chatEnsure timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups with field teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and support client field visitsAdministration & ProjectsSupport finance and expense-related activitiesMaintain operational records and documentationCoordinate special projects and track project status updatesQualificationsExperience in managing field or operational teamsProficiency in English, Kazakh, and RussianGood knowledge of MS Office tools, especially ExcelStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving mindset with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and work effectively under pressureFast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approachProfessional maturity and ability to work in a dynamic environmentAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
