Urgent Hiring Requirement
Designation: Guest Service Ambassador
- First Impressions: Act as the primary point of contact, warmly greeting guests, employees, and VIPs upon arrival.
- Reception & Administration: Manage check-ins/check-outs, coordinate visitor logistics, issue badges, and maintain immaculate presentation of the reception area.
- Inquiries & Communication: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information regarding facility services, local transport, and events.
- Guest Relations: Actively listen to guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and document preferences to ensure personalized service.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, conflict resolution abilities, and a high-energy, empathetic, and upbeat attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and property management systems (e.g., Opera) or ticketing software.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Ticket assignment and management
- REWS Portal operations
- FOE (Facility Operations & Engineering) coordination
- Guest service delivery
Work Arrangements:
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Schedule: 6 days per week
