Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth within the Romanian market. As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline and expanding our international footprint. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential B2B prospects within the Romanian market.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Articulate the company's value proposition clearly in both Romanian and English.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and pipeline stages within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Native or professional-grade fluency in both Romanian and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- A self-starter mindset with a high level of resilience and a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Prior experience selling SaaS or technical solutions.
- Established network within the Romanian business landscape.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
