Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has openings for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads with technical backgrounds in RF integration and test for Prime Mission Equipment.This IPT Lead will be required to lead an engineering team working to transition designs to production for a very important sector priority program with many time-critical elements and high management visibility. They will interface with personnel in the factor test cells, Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.  In addition, they will brief internal and potentially external customer leadership on progress.The selected candidates will perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings.  The selected candidate is expected to be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.These roles are contingent upon candidates having an Active and current Secret U.S. government clearance, and the future ability to gain SAP Clearance. These roles are contingent upon Program Award.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 8 years of industry experience, or master’s degree and 6 years of industry experienceActive and current Secret government clearance6-month minimum experience with hardware design and/or hardware integration & test6-month minimum experience in the BWI factory and/or factory test cell(s)Demonstrated leadership skills with 6-month minimum experience as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or other leadership role supporting a program or or business functionAvailable onsite at the BWI facility during first shiftPreferred Qualifications: Experience with REX (receiver/exciter) or general RF Integration and test for hardwareExperience reporting project status to program, functional management and customersExperience working with Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Material ProcessingKnowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)Experience with the Root Cause Correction Action (RCCA) processExperience with LRU/LRM Integration and testing for an EMD product transitioning to productionFluency with developing and executing project schedulesExperience managing products in the critical path of a programPMP certification a plusActive and current Top Secret government clearance a plusMS-250SURGEPrimary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market...
