But we're only 2% done — because people without borders deserve money without borders. What you’ll be doing:Sitting in the Personal Onboarding Verification team, you’ll shape the future of how we verify customers globally.You’ll play a central role in making sure customers can verify and start using Wise quickly and easily, while always making sure we’re meeting our regulatory standards.You’ll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs, along with regulatory requirements and verification standards in different regions. so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes engaging and effortless.  You will: Own content design for your team, developing and shaping messaging and experiences.Work closely with your cross functional partners to build a single, seamless experience for customers.Collaborate with regional teams, tooling teams, operations teams and compliance to ensure simplicity and coherence across journeys. Collaborate with product design, product management and engineering partners to plan, prioritise and deliver work.You'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise. Here’s how you’ll contribute:Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs Use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiencesInfluence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squadWork with content designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers  This role will give you the opportunity to:Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud ofOwn content projects from end-to-endElevate content quality — defining what good looks like in the squad, then helping deliver itBe part of a positive change in the world.
