• Azure services — Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus
• SharePoint / Microsoft 365 integration
• REST APIs and custom connectors
• SAP integration experience
• Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Power Platform projects end-to-end
• Relevant Microsoft certifications expected at this level (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural, client-facing setup

What You Bring

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions based on functional specifications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client business needs
• Own solution architecture decisions end-to-end, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
• Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and handover materials
• Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
• Support, coach, and mentor a junior Power Platform developer on the India team, helping build technical depth within the wider team
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
