Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support across the organization, ensuring leadership has the insights needed to guide growth and operational performance.

    • Lead annual, quarterly, and long-range financial planning and forecasting processes
    • Develop and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, headcount, operating expenses, and vendor spend
    • Deliver executive and board-level reporting, including KPI dashboards and performance insights
    • Analyze financial and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
    • Partner with business leaders to manage budgets, optimize spend, and support investment decisions
    • Support capital-raising activities through financial analysis and scenario modeling
    • Build scalable FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Own or support financial systems enhancements and implementation initiatives
    • Requirements:

      This role requires strong financial expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

      • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or related roles
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
      • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
      • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and reporting
      • Experience working with high-growth, venture-backed, or private equity-backed companies strongly preferred
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
      • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
      • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and entrepreneurial environment
