We are looking for a highly motivated MIS Apprentice to support the AML Compliance function through data-driven reporting, analytics, and dashboarding. This role offers an opportunity to work on critical compliance reporting, enabling insights that drive business decisions.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Support creation and delivery of Weekly, Monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain performance scorecards and reporting dashboards.
- Assist in building Automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
- Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide solutions.
- Participate in and lead reporting discussions with business partners when required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred from Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields)
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
(Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis techniques) - Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain
- Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong stakeholder management skills (good to have)
- Ability to drive discussions and present insights confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain
- Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong stakeholder management skills (good to have)
