Accountabilities:

    The Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce will own the ecommerce product strategy, business performance, and customer experience by identifying growth opportunities and leading cross-functional execution. Key responsibilities include:

    • Owning the ecommerce business strategy and full P&L, including revenue growth, margin optimization, profitability targets, and performance tracking.
    • Identifying high-value market opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, platform data, and competitive insights.
    • Defining and evolving product assortment strategies across prescription and non-prescription categories while balancing customer value, commercial opportunities, and brand trust.
    • Leading the redesign and evolution of the ecommerce storefront from strategy through execution.
    • Partnering with design, engineering, product, and AI teams to create seamless, personalized, and high-converting shopping experiences.
    • Developing data-driven personalization strategies by leveraging customer insights and recommendation capabilities.
    • Defining recommendation logic, data requirements, and feedback loops to deliver relevant product experiences.
    • Establishing merchandising strategies, including product collections, bundles, promotional calendars, subscriptions, auto-refills, and category experiences.
    • Owning conversion funnel optimization through experimentation, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.
    • Managing product catalog strategy, including metadata, lifecycle management, onboarding, performance evaluation, and product retirement decisions.
    • Monitoring emerging products, market trends, and category innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Building strong partnerships across teams to drive execution and create measurable business impact.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced ecommerce product leader with strong commercial instincts, analytical capabilities, and a track record of building successful consumer products. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • 7+ years of product management experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, or consumer product businesses.
      • Proven experience driving revenue growth and owning business outcomes in a high-growth or startup environment.
      • Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibilities, including margin and profitability objectives.
      • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
      • Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build and launch digital products.
      • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, and execute growth strategies.
      • Exceptional ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, set ambitious goals, and deliver results.
      • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
      • Experience with AI-powered personalization, recommendation systems, or machine learning applications is considered an asset.
      • Experience leading ecommerce storefront redesigns, marketplace development, vendor relationships, or supplier management is considered an asset.
      • Background in pet care, health and wellness, subscription ecommerce, or similar consumer industries is a plus.
