Sanimax is looking to hire a Fleet Maintenance Manager based in our Green Bay location.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of 2 direct reports
  • Follow up on internal repair activities with Sanimax and suppliers
  • Implement the preventive maintenance program
  • Manage bid requests and purchases as well as follow-ups with suppliers
  • Manage the maintenance training program. Creation and deployment of training.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and best practices
  • Ensure the management of the maintenance system and participate in the design of standardized processes of use.
  • Participate in the implementation of a global purchasing program and best practices
  • Optimize the use of assets through various projects related to equipment and services
  • Produce and analyze performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Track costs for equipment
  • Audit asset management processes
  • Track and create transportation projects in the IT Guide system as needed and track openings and closings, costs and duration of transportation projects
  • Standardize the fleet of rolling equipment
  • Increase the level of service (decrease the number o breakdowns on the road)
  • Reduce maintenance costs
  • Standardization of processes and systems related to maintenance and the fleet

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in transportation
  • Advanced Excel and data analytical skills
  • Proficiency in US transportation regulations
  • Experience in development of technical requirements for rolling stock
  • Ability to travel to South St Paul
