We are seeking an experienced Office Services Associate to oversee daily office services operations and provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of office services professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing workflow priorities, and maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Provide daily direction, support, and guidance to Office Services Associates.
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Act as a resource for team members by assisting with questions, troubleshooting, and operational needs.
  • Promote a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

Office Services Support

  • Oversee daily office services functions, including mail, shipping, copying, printing, scanning, and document handling.
  • Ensure incoming mail, packages, and deliveries are received, processed, and distributed accurately.
  • Manage outgoing shipments, courier requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with office moves, conference room setups, supply management, and workplace requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Quality Control & Process Management

  • Monitor service quality and ensure work meets established standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment.
  • Track completed tasks, service requests, and operational activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office services, workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, mailroom, or related administrative operations.
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred.
