We will count on you to:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI vendors, including evaluation, onboarding, operational governance, renewals, migrations, and retirement.
Coordinate vendor governance activities by leading regular meetings, tracking actions, decisions, risks, and vendor roadmaps to ensure effective collaboration and accountability.
Translate AI vendor updates and product developments into clear business implications and recommendations for Product, Technology, Activation, PMO, and leadership teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on vendor-related initiatives and priorities.
Prepare executive-ready updates, vendor performance reviews, quarterly business review materials, and renewal recommendations.
Continuously improve vendor governance processes, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices to support the firm's AI transformation.
What you need to have:
6–9+ years of experience in technology project management, vendor management, business relationship management, product operations, programme management, digital transformation, AI enablement, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and coordinating initiatives across business and technology teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
Fluency in business English and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration platforms, and modern productivity tools.
What makes you stand out?
Experience working with AI, generative AI, SaaS, analytics, knowledge management, or enterprise technology vendors.
Experience supporting vendor governance, onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewals, commercial management, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
Experience within consulting, professional services, or another global matrixed organization, with knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, information security, procurement, or risk governance processes.
