Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble production equipment using blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings. - Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal tool performance. - Coordinate with suppliers for equipment repairs and servicing as needed. - Monitor and analyze tool performance data to identify trends and implement improvements. - Create reports detailing equipment failures, update specifications, and develop maintenance guidelines. - Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, and support data collection activities. - Support troubleshooting and controlled experiments to enhance module availability and prevent future issues. - Assist with factory ramp activities, ensuring tools are installed and configured per design specifications.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field. - 4-6 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma OR no prior experience required with an AA or AS degree. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical or electronic systems. - Demonstrated ability to perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance. - Familiarity with blueprints, technical documentation, and manufacturing procedures. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience resolving equipment issues in a manufacturing environment. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies and processes.
