Job Summary
• This role is responsible for serving as an expert for Walmart/Sam's Club Sales Team, the Partner, and internal constituents. The role will be the primary source for data and analytics, customizing data solutions, and ad hoc requests. The role achieves quota while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions on how to interpret information and provide guidance to support the growth of the business. The role addresses data conflicts, conducts research, and provides support to ensure seamless partner interactions.

Responsibilities
• Serves as the expert to the partners for advanced information and data analytics.
• Collaborates with the sales team, category and the partners to tailor data solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements.
• Identifies trends and new insights that align with the organization's strategic objectives of growth and supports the sales efforts.
• Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives, and effectiveness.
• Assists in the resolution of minor data conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. This could be based on shipments, qualified program units and sell through data.
• Provides administrative and data support to ensure smooth partner interactions, sales processes, and support for financial partners.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales, channel & alliance, data analytic support for Enterprises or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $112,600 to $155,000 USD
annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
