This professional will help design, document, and manage a variety of commercial and residential project types in all phases from programming through construction administration. **Responsibilities** - Plan and execute work as a reliable, integral member of a project team - Coordinate multiple projects with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies - Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings - Perform construction administration duties **Required Experience** - Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture - 3+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other design technology programs - Experience in Bluebeam and Procore is a plus - Experience in various commercial projects; Educational is a plus - Ability to travel to job sites, client and/or agency meetings - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Creative thinking towards project needs and able to problem-solve independently - Knowledge of construction techniques, constructability of a project, code compliancy, and details, with the ability to relay the information into a complete set of construction documents - Exercise quality control of drawings and designs - Reliable and accountable **Work Environment** - Small office setting with a flexible, focused work environment without large firm bureaucracy - Collaborative, low-drama, and highly accountable work style - Consistent project flow with opportunity for long-term stability To apply, please provide cover letter, resume and portfolio to rhazel@hazel-architects.com
