Role responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will develop and execute a strategic growth plan throughout the Permian Basin while maintaining regular engagement with operator customers. They will expand relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years of successful business development or technical sales experience in the hydraulic fracturing or completions market. Established relationships with completions teams at major operators and a strong technical understanding of hydraulic fracturing operations are essential.
