Founding Senior HR Generalist / People Operations Lead
Role responsibilities
The role involves owning the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and maintaining employment documentation. The immediate priority is to build strong operational foundations for HR processes and eventually expand into broader people initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must have 4-8 years of HR experience, ideally at a venture-backed company, with fluency in California employment law. Experience as a first or second HR hire at a Series A or B startup is preferred, along with strong HRIS and payroll fundamentals.
