Accountabilities:

    • Support administrative routines across IT and technology departments, ensuring organization and operational continuity.
    • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of internal projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Organize timelines, schedules, action plans, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Track deliverables and maintain communication with responsible stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
    • Support and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.
    • Prepare meeting notes, documentation, and alignment records to ensure clarity and traceability.
    • Update management tools, dashboards, and performance indicators to support decision-making.
    • Consolidate information and reports for leadership visibility and operational insights.
    • Requirements

      • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Information Systems, IT, or related fields.
      • Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles.
      • Experience in technology companies, startups, or digital environments is an advantage.
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
      • Ability to support agile ceremonies and assist in team coordination activities.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams and stakeholders.
      • Organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
      • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
