Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Automation Developer with expertise in UiPath, Python, and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that combine traditional RPA capabilities with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), OCR, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.

The candidate will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert, driving automation initiatives, mentoring developers, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring adherence to best practices across the automation lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in UiPath, Python, AI/ML, or Cloud technologies are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath.
• Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks using UiPath ReFramework.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator components including Assets, Queues, Triggers, and Robots.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of automation solutions.
• Support production deployments and hypercare activities.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions utilizing:
  • Document Understanding
  • OCR technologies
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Machine Learning models
  • Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs)
• Integrate AI services within automation workflows for intelligent decision-making.
• Build intelligent document processing and data extraction solutions.
• Work with AI APIs and cloud AI services to enhance business process automation.

Python Development

• Develop Python scripts, APIs, and libraries to support automation initiatives.
• Integrate Python with UiPath for complex business logic and AI/ML use cases.
• Build data processing, analytics, and machine learning workflows using Python.
• Work with Python frameworks and libraries such as:
  • Pandas
  • NumPy
  • Scikit-learn
  • TensorFlow/PyTorch (preferred)
  • FastAPI/Flask

Leadership & Delivery

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
