Embedded Field Service Representative (Technician)

Role responsibilities

The Embedded Field Service Representative provides field support services for troubleshooting and repairing systems, performs software updates, and mentors Soldiers in maintenance execution. They also facilitate higher-level repairs and ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with four years of experience in testing electronic equipment, including two years in military systems. An active Secret clearance is also required.
